Longview is a partnership rather than a package. We audit what you have, agree what to build, and work through it one module at a time. Website, product, campaigns, collaterals, events, and more.

What changes

You get design capacity that scales with you, without hiring for it.
Every new asset reopens a decision you thought was made
Design is a bottleneck for marketing, sales, and product
Your website describes the company you were two years ago
Freelancers need re-briefing every time

How Longview runs

You know the scope, the order, and the cost of each piece before anything starts.
•
Phase 1

Brand and Market Discovery

What you are building toward, what is in the way, and what design needs to do about it. This is where scope gets shaped.

•
Phase 2

Brand Audit

Everyone starts here. We test what you already have against where you are going and find what is missing or inconsistent. If the foundation holds, we build on it. If it does not, we fix it before putting anything on top.

•
Phase 3

Design Sprints

Module by module. Each one runs to its own timeline and ships independently, so you are never waiting on the whole thing.

•
Phase 4

Handoff and Launch

Files, systems, and a handover session per module.

•
Phase 5

Ongoing retainer

Ongoing design capacity, month to month after the first three.

A retainer without the parts people hate

Retainers usually go wrong in three ways. You pay for a quiet month and lose the hours. You get stuck in a long contract. The rate goes up the moment you rely on it. We have taken all three off the table.
Committed monthly capacity
An agreed volume of design time each month. Not a queue and not best effort.
Nothing needs explaining first
We built the brand, so work starts the day it is requested.
Month to month after three
Three month minimum to start. After that it rolls monthly, and volume moves as your roadmap does.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this priced if the scope is open?

Every module has a starting price. The audit tells us which ones you need, discovery sets the size of each, and you get a fixed number per module before work begins. You choose what to build. The cost of each piece is settled up front.

Do we have to take everything?

No. Most partners start with two or three modules and add more later. The audit is the only thing everyone does.

We already have branding. Is the audit still necessary?

Yes, and it is usually where partners find the most they did not expect. It is short. If your brand holds up we say so and go straight into the build. If it does not, you would rather know before we put a website on top of it.

What does the retainer actually cover?

Campaign assets, landing pages, decks, product surfaces, social, print, whatever is on your plate that month. Full website builds and strategy engagements get scoped as modules instead, and we will say clearly when a request has grown into a project.

How do rollover hours work?

Unused hours carry into the following month. They expire after that, so the balance stays manageable for both sides.

How do payments work?

Three month minimum on the retainer, first two months upfront, monthly after that. Modules are quoted and invoiced separately.

How does the time difference work?

We are in India and most of our partners are in the US. Work sent at the end of your day is often back before the next one starts.

Can we pause or stop the retainer?

After the first three months, yes. Pause when things go quiet and restart when they pick up. We would rather you leave and come back than sit on a retainer you are not using.
