Landmark is our complete engagement. We start with your market and work out what you should own, then build the identity and the words that carry it. Everything in Launchpad is here, with the thinking underneath it.

What changes

If a few of these sound familiar, Landmark is built for you.
Every sales call starts by explaining what you actually do
You are compared to companies you are nothing like
Four people describe the company four ways
Design reviews turn into arguments about taste

How Landmark runs

Six phases, each closing a decision before the next opens. That is why the work survives a new CMO or a new round instead of getting reopened.
•
Phase 1

Brand and Market Discovery

Market and competitor audit, plus conversations with your team and your customers. We come back with what we found, including the parts you will not want to hear.

•
Phase 2

Brand Character & Personality

Positioning, archetype, and brand strategy. Worked through with you in the room, not presented to you at the end.

•
Phase 3

Brand Tone & Voice

Brand story, core messaging, and tone of voice. The words your team will use every day.

•
Phase 4

Building the Identity

Two fully developed identity directions, built to the strategy. One selected and expanded into a complete system.

•
Phase 5

Systems & Guideline

Guidelines, marketing design, and collaterals. Handover session so your team can run it without us.

•
Phase 6

HandOff & Support

Files, guidelines, and a full handover, plus the thirty days of priority support that follow launch.

30 days of priority support after launch

Most brand work dies in a folder. The project ends, the deck gets filed, and six months later the company is describing itself the old way again. So handoff is not where we stop.
Hands-on, not just a call
If something needs to change in those 30 days, we make it: the deck, the colours, the letterhead.
Your team asks us, not each other
Questions the brand guidelines do not cover get answered by the people who made the decisions.
Two brand workshops after launch
Two dedicated sessions to walk your team through getting the most out of the brand.

If the date matters more than the depth

Landmark runs on the timeline the thinking needs. If you have a launch or a raise that will not move, that is a different engagement.
Launchpad delivers a complete identity in six weeks, guaranteed. Partners who start there and come back for the strategy do not pay twice for the identity work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it cost?

From $X, depending on scope and how many people are involved. You pay 30% at kickoff, 35% at the midpoint, and 35% on delivery, so most of the fee is paid against work you have already seen.

Who runs the strategy work?

Shubham leads strategy and creative direction on every Landmark. It comes out of the audit and the conversations, not a template, which is why it takes the time it does.

What if we disagree with the positioning you land on?

Then we have found something worth talking about. It is worked through with you across phase two rather than revealed at the end, so disagreement surfaces while it is still cheap. What we will not do is soften a position because it feels uncomfortable. A position nobody objects to is usually one nobody notices either.

We already did a positioning exercise internally. Does that change anything?

It often shortens phase one. Bring it and we will test it against the market rather than start from scratch. Sometimes it holds up. More often it describes what you do rather than claiming what you own.

How much of our team's time does this need?

A handful of working sessions plus feedback between phases. Who is in them matters more than how many there are. Things slow down when decisions need four people who were not in the room.

How is this different from hiring a strategy consultant?

A consultant leaves you with a document. We leave you the document, an identity built from it, and the assets your team uses on Monday.

Can we add a website or ongoing design afterwards?

Yes. That is Longview, and it is the most common next step.

How does the time difference work?

We are in India and most of our partners are in the US. Feedback you send at the end of your day is usually picked up before your next one starts. Live sessions are scheduled in your morning.
