Most websites are assembled. Hero, features, logos, testimonials, pricing, CTA. Each block is fine and none are talking to each other.

Structure yours as a single argument where every block hands off to the next. Here's the test: if a section could be moved anywhere else on the page without breaking anything, it isn't doing work. Cut it or rewrite it.

The spine is already written. It's the five-beat narrative from Chapter 3. The hero is your Promised Land compressed. The section under it is the shift. Features are the gifts. Proof is the evidence.

Lead with the buyer's situation, not your credentials. Nobody arrives caring who you are. They start caring around the third scroll, if you've earned it.

Turn outcomes into proof. A wall of logos says people bought. It doesn't say what happened next, and what happened next is the only part anyone cares about. One case study with a named person, a real number, and an honest wrinkle beats five polished ones.

Then get someone to review it properly. Two types: people outside your market, who tell you whether it's comprehensible, and people inside it, who tell you whether it's differentiated. Ask both what's unclear, what they didn't believe, and what they'd delete.
